We partner with families, schools, and local organizations to design service projects that respond to real needs in our communities.
We partner with families, schools, and local organizations to create service projects that address real needs in our communities.
From compassion kit distributions to awareness campaigns, these projects bring people together for meaningful impact.
Mobilize your community. Meet real needs. Practice compassion together.
Everyday Kindness invites local organizations, businesses, schools, and faith communities across North Carolina to host Compassion Kit Drives that support individuals and families experiencing housing instability and unmet basic needs.
A kit drive is a simple, structured way to turn collective compassion into practical action.
A Compassion Kit Drive is a coordinated effort to collect essential items that will be assembled into care packages and distributed within local communities.
Each kit includes basic hygiene and care supplies designed to meet immediate needs while honoring dignity.
We provide:
A clear supply list
Suggested quantity targets
Promotional language and graphics
Drop-off coordination guidance
Assembly instructions
You provide:
A willing community
A defined collection window
A designated drop-off location
A commitment to meeting a kit goal

We are challenging 10 local organizations and faith communities to sponsor 100 kits each.
Together, this collective effort will allow our Youth Ambassadors to assemble and distribute 1,000 Compassion Kits within our local communities.
This is not about scale for its own sake.
It is about consistent, practical participation.
